Byblos script
The Byblos script, also known as the Byblos syllabary, is an undeciphered writing system originally found on bronze tablets from Byblos, Lebanon. Since then, other examples have been found in Egypt, Italy and Israel.
The number of signs or glyphs is around 90. The small number, and lack of dual-language writing examples has hindered translation.
Various attempts have been made to decipher the text - so far without peer-reviewed success
